A $500.00 booking deposit is required at time of reservation. The reservation can be made over the phone or in person. In an effort to maintain low rental rates, we prefer cash or cheques* (as long as payment is made 14 days or longer before pick up*). Other forms of accepted payments are email money transfer, bank draft or certified cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card, an adminstration charge of 4% will be applied.

Full payment is required on day of pick up along with the $1,000.00 refundable security deposit. We will accept certified cheque or bank draft and cash. We do not ask for payment 30 days prior to your pick up date.

All prices are in Canadian funds.

You must be at least 26 years old to rent a motor home with a valid “G” licence for 8 years and longer.

It is not required but for translation purposes, an international drivers licence will help ease any issues while travelling in Canada and USA.

You will be asked to supply us with a claims free letter from your personal insurance company prior to your pick up date.

Yes, you can travel to the USA and there are NO extra charges.

NO, there are no extra charges for additional drivers. You are allowed to have up to 4 drivers in total.

Yes. You are not allowed to travel to Mexico, Alaska, Yukon and any northern territories and Labrador.Travel to Death Valley is limited to the low and off seasons (October 1 through April 30) due to extremely high temperatures which can cause system failures during the mid and summer seasons (June 1 through September 30).

Yes. Canadian Transport regulations and the rental insurance say that each person travelling must wear a seatbelt. The number of seatbelts provided in the motor home would determine the number of people allowed to travel.

No, the rental units are not equipped with TV/DVD players. Due to the high number of insurance claims relating to awning use, an additional refundable deposit of $500.00 is collected for its use. There is no guarantee, if the awning has been damaged in a prior rental.

No. The rental RV already has a Rental insurance policy on it and additional coverage can not be added to the existing policy.

No, smoking is prohibited in the unit. Any units found that smoking has occurred will result in forfiture of the $1,000.00 security deposit.

Both the gas and propane tanks are full at pick up. Both tanks must be topped up upon return of the vehicle.
